AjmanCity.ae is an online real estate listings platform that allows licensed real estate brokers and agencies to publish property advertisements for properties located in Ajman and the wider UAE. The Platform is intended to connect property sellers, landlords, and brokers with potential buyers and tenants.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
3.1 Who Can Register
Registration on AjmanCity.ae is available to real estate brokers, agents, and agencies operating in the UAE. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a licensed real estate professional or acting on behalf of a registered real estate entity.
- The information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Information Collected Upon Registration
To create an account and publish property listings on our Platform, we collect the following personal information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
This information is collected solely for the purpose of verifying your identity, enabling communication related to your listings, and managing your account on the Platform.
3.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Al Muaini Real Estate Establishment shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Use of Personal Information

You agree not to post content that:

By submitting a listing, you grant AjmanCity.ae a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listing content on the Platform and through related marketing channels (such as social media and search engines) for the purpose of maximizing the visibility of your property.
6. Google Services Compliance
The Platform uses various Google services including, but not limited to, Google Search indexing, Google Maps, and potentially Google Ads. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
- Content published on AjmanCity.ae may be indexed and displayed in Google Search results.
- The Platform complies with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines and applicable Google policies.
- Users must not engage in any activity that violates Google’s policies, including generating fake reviews, manipulating search rankings, or using the Platform in a way that could result in penalties under Google’s Search Quality guidelines.
- The Platform does not engage in deceptive practices, cloaking, hidden text, or any other black-hat SEO techniques.
7. Mobile Application
The AjmanCity mobile application (“the App”) is available for download and provides access to the same real estate listing services as the website. By downloading and using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in addition to the terms of the platform from which you downloaded it (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
The App may request access to device features such as your camera, location, or storage solely to facilitate property listing creation and account management. You may manage these permissions through your device settings at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform that is not submitted by users — including the AjmanCity.ae name, logo, design, text, and graphics — is the property of Al Muaini Real Estate Establishment and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Real Estate Advice
AjmanCity.ae is a listing platform only. We do not provide real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice. All decisions made based on information found on the Platform are your sole responsibility.
9.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we encourage users to maintain accurate listings, Al Muaini Real Estate Establishment does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted listing content and shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in such content.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Al Muaini Real Estate Establishment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that is harmful to the Platform, its users, or Al Muaini Real Estate Establishment.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Ajman. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, UAE.
